1. Do I need to pay upfront?

Yes. Full payment confirms your booking and starts your project. We also offer secure payment plans through PayFast, Yoco, or MobiCred.

2. How long will my website take?

Most websites are completed within 7 -10 business days once payment and all content are supplied.

3. What if I don’t like the first design?

One revision round is included. Additional revisions may carry costs.

4. Do you give backend access to websites?

No. To prevent damage and free fixes, backend access is not provided unless agreed in writing.

5. What happens if you don’t deliver on time?

Our Completion Guarantee ensures your project will be finalised at no extra cost if delays are on our side.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not standard for custom work. Instead, our Buyer Protection and Completion Guarantee ensure delivery and support.

7. How do I know my money is safe?

All payments go through PayFast or Yoco. Your project is covered by Buyer Protection.

8. Do you design affordable websites?

Yes. Packages start under R5000. These include responsive designs, mobile-friendly layouts, and professional hosting options.

9. Do you manage social media?

Yes. We offer Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,  management. Packages include content design, posting, and strategy. All social media retainers are prepaid monthly.

10. Can you guarantee followers or sales from social media?

No. Results depend on the market, budget, and consistency. What we guarantee is high-quality design, professional posting, and growth-focused strategies.

11. Do you design logos and branding?

Yes. We design logos, business cards, brochures, banners, and branded materials. All designs include one revision round. Extra revisions are billed separately.

12. Do you also do printing?

Yes. We print business cards, flyers, pull-up banners, signage, and more. Standard turnaround is 10 business days + 3–5 business days courier.

13. Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We serve both South African and international clients, including businesses in Australia.

14. Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Not at all. We handle the technical side for you and provide simple handover guidance.

15. Do you offer consultations?

Yes. First consultations for new clients are free. After that, sessions are billed at R450/hour.
