1. Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes. All services are prepaid. Full payment confirms your booking and allows work to begin. We offer secure payments via PayFast, Yoco, and approved PayFast financing options such as MobiCred. Direct EFT payments are also accepted.
2. How long will my website take?
Most websites are completed within 7–10 business days once payment has cleared and all required content has been supplied by the client.
3. What if I don’t like the first design?
One revision round is included unless stated otherwise. A revision refers to minor changes. Full redesigns or repeated changes are billed separately.
4. Do you give backend access to websites?
No. Backend access is not provided unless agreed in writing. This is to prevent site damage, security risks, and unpaid fixes caused by third-party changes.
5. What happens if you don’t deliver on time?
If a delay is caused by us (excluding client delays), our Completion Guarantee ensures the project will be finalised at no additional cost.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not standard due to the custom nature of our work. Instead, Buyer Protection and our Completion Guarantee ensure delivery and support.
7. How do I know my payment is safe?
All payments are processed securely via PayFast or Yoco. We also accept direct EFT payments. Buyer Protection applies to eligible services processed through supported payment gateways.
8. Do you design affordable websites?
Yes. Website packages start under R5,000 and include responsive design, mobile optimisation, and professional hosting options.
9. Do you manage social media pages?
Yes. We offer Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn management. Packages include content design, posting, and strategy. All social media retainers are prepaid monthly.
10. Can you guarantee followers, leads, or sales?
No. Results depend on factors such as budget, industry, competition, and consistency. What we guarantee is professional execution, compliant advertising, and growth-focused strategy.
11. Do you design logos and branding?
Yes. We design logos, business cards, brochures, banners, and branded materials. One revision round is included unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions are billed separately.
12. Do you also do printing?
Yes. We offer printing for business cards, flyers, banners, signage, and more.
Standard turnaround:
• Design and proofing: 3–5 business days
• Production: up to 21 business days
• Courier: 3–5 business days nationwide
13. Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with South African and international clients, including businesses in Australia.
14. Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. We handle the technical side. Clients receive simple guidance where applicable.
15. Do you offer consultations?
Yes. First consultations for new clients are free.
All additional consultations, advice, research, or strategy discussions are billed at R750 per hour or part thereof, payable in advance.
16. Can a third party, consultant, or “IT person” contact you on my behalf?
No. We work strictly with the registered account holder.
Third-party communication is not included unless formally authorised in writing and billed as a paid consultation. Unauthorised third-party queries will be redirected or ignored.
17. Can I ask questions via WhatsApp or email?
Package-related support is included.
Any advice, explanations, research, pricing requests, or strategy discussions outside your package are billed as paid consultations at R750 per hour, payable in advance.
18. Do your reports include step-by-step fixes or training?
No. Reports provide performance insights and general observations only. Implementation guidance, corrective instructions, or training are not included unless quoted separately.
