This Return and Refund Policy forms part of the Bubble Bekkie Advertising Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to this policy in full.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

Bubble Bekkie Advertising provides custom, service-based digital marketing, design, and advertising services.

Due to the nature of these services:

• All work is tailored per client
• Resources are allocated immediately upon payment
• Time, strategy, and platform costs cannot be reversed

Therefore, refunds are limited and strictly controlled as outlined below.

2. NO REFUND POLICY (CORE RULE)

All services are strictly non-refundable once:

• Work has commenced
• Strategy or setup has begun
• Advertising campaigns have been created or launched
• Design, development, or content production has started

This includes but is not limited to:

• Website design
• SEO services
• Social media management
• Graphic design
• Consulting sessions
• Marketing strategy work
• Campaign setup and optimisation

3. ADVERTISING SPEND (IMPORTANT)

All advertising spend, including:

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Boosted posts
• Any third-party platform spend

is strictly non-refundable once:

• submitted to the platform
• allocated to campaigns
• processed by Meta or any third-party system

This is due to the fact that advertising spend is controlled and consumed directly by external platforms.

Bubble Bekkie Advertising has no control over platform billing, delivery, or consumption of ad budgets once deployed.

4. MANAGEMENT FEES

All management, setup, and service fees are:

• Non-refundable once work has started
• Earned upon allocation of resources and time
• Not dependent on advertising performance or results

Clients acknowledge that they are paying for professional service delivery, not guaranteed outcomes.

5. PROJECT CANCELLATION

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services under the following conditions:

• 30 days written notice required for retainers
• 5 business days notice for project-based services

No refunds will be issued for:

• Work already completed
• Time already allocated
• Campaigns already running
• Strategic planning already delivered

Outstanding balances remain payable in full.

6. CLIENT DELAY OR NON-COOPERATION

No refunds will be granted where delays occur due to:

• Missing content
• Late approvals
• Lack of communication
• Incomplete client input
• Third-party interference

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly, but payment obligations remain unchanged.

7. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the custom nature of website and digital builds:

• No refunds are available once development begins
• Domains, hosting, and setup costs are non-reversible
• Design work already delivered cannot be reversed or returned

8. CONSULTATIONS & STRATEGY SESSIONS

All consultations and strategy sessions are:

• Non-refundable once booked or delivered
• Charged per hour as agreed
• Considered time-based professional services

Missed or unused sessions are not refundable.

9. DIGITAL ASSETS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All strategic frameworks, campaign setups, workflows, and internal systems remain the intellectual property of Bubble Bekkie Advertising.

Refunds do not include:

• Strategy documents
• Campaign structures
• Creative direction
• Internal processes

10. EXCEPTIONS (RARE CASES ONLY)

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Payment was processed in error
• No work has commenced at all
• A duplicate transaction occurred

All exceptions are reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of Bubble Bekkie Advertising.

11. PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Bubble Bekkie Advertising is not responsible for:

• Meta or Google performance
• Algorithm changes
• Ad account restrictions
• Platform downtime
• Billing discrepancies caused by third-party systems

These do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

12. FINAL AGREEMENT

By engaging our services, the client confirms:

• They understand this is a service-based business model
• They accept that results are not guaranteed
• They accept that advertising spend is controlled by third-party platforms
• They accept that refunds are not standard practice in digital marketing services
