Access to Meta Business Manager, Google Ads accounts, backend dashboards, campaign structures, optimisation methods, supplier invoices, internal billing records, or operational documentation is not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Advertising budgets may include platform fees, taxes, and optimisation costs as part of normal platform delivery.

6. What happens if you don’t deliver on time?

If a delay is caused directly by Bubble Bekkie Advertising (excluding client delays, approvals, or late submissions), the project will be completed without additional cost under our Completion Guarantee.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not standard due to the custom nature of all services.

8. How do I know my payment is safe?

All payments are processed securely via PayFast, Yoco, or approved EFT methods. Payment provider protections apply according to their own terms.

9. Do you design affordable websites?

Yes. Website packages are structured for affordability while including professional design, mobile optimisation, and hosting solutions.

10. Do you manage social media pages?

Yes. We manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. All packages include content creation, scheduling, posting, and strategy.

All services are prepaid monthly in line with our Terms.

11. Can you guarantee followers, leads, or sales?

No.

Results depend on industry, competition, audience behaviour, budgets, and platform algorithms.

12. Do you design logos and branding?

Yes. We design logos, business cards, stickers, flyers, banners, signage, and other branded materials.
