• Advertising spend is processed directly by the platform
• Bubble Bekkie Advertising does not control platform billing structures

6. ADVERTISING ACCOUNT STRUCTURE & MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Advertising services may be managed through:

• Agency-managed accounts
• Business Manager systems
• Client-linked accounts
• Hybrid operational structures

This is done to ensure:

• Campaign stability
• Performance optimisation
• Service continuity
• Operational efficiency

Clients acknowledge that:

• Advertising infrastructure is used for service delivery only
• No ownership of systems, accounts, or internal structures is transferred
• Access to internal configurations is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Client Materials

All materials provided by the client remain the client’s property.

We do not claim ownership of:

• Logos
• Brand assets
• Client-provided content
• Business identity materials

7.2 Bubble Bekkie Advertising Materials

All strategies, systems, workflows, advertising structures, campaign frameworks, optimisation methods, reporting systems, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of Bubble Bekkie Advertising.

Clients receive usage rights only for delivered final work where applicable.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY OF BUSINESS SYSTEMS

Bubble Bekkie Advertising is not obligated to disclose:

• Internal pricing structures
• Supplier agreements
• Operational workflows
• Campaign build systems
• Agency cost breakdowns
• Internal advertising configurations
• Proprietary marketing methods

These remain confidential business assets.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
