This Shipping Policy forms part of the Bubble Bekkie Advertising (PTY) Ltd Terms and Conditions. By placing an order for any printing or physical products, you agree to both this Shipping Policy and our full Terms & Conditions.

All services are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

1. SERVICE SCOPE

Bubble Bekkie Advertising provides custom printing services including but not limited to banners, signage, decals, stickers, business cards, and large-format print production.

All products are custom-made to order based on client-approved designs and specifications.

Due to the custom nature of all printing work:

  • No resale stock is held
  • All items are produced per order
  • Variations may occur as part of normal production processes

Minor variations in colour, alignment, finish, or material texture are industry standard and do not constitute defects.

2. PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Production timelines begin only once:

  • Full payment has been received, and
  • Final design approval has been confirmed in writing by the client

Standard timelines:

  • Design & Proofing: 3–5 business days
  • Production: up to 21 business days
  • Courier Delivery: 3–5 business days

Total expected turnaround: approximately 21 business days, excluding delays caused by client approvals, content delays, or external courier disruptions.

Bubble Bekkie Advertising is not responsible for delays caused by client response time.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All deliveries are handled via reputable third-party courier services, including The Courier Guy or equivalent logistics providers.

Once dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be provided to the client
  • Tracking is the responsibility of the client after dispatch

Important conditions:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Courier delays are outside our control and do not constitute breach of service
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional delivery costs

Risk transfers to the client upon courier collection of the goods.

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs may be:

  • Included in the quoted price, or
  • Charged separately depending on project scope

Any expedited, special handling, or remote-area delivery requests may incur additional charges.

5. DELIVERY INSPECTION, DAMAGE & CLAIMS

Clients must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any claims must comply with the following:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence is required
  • Evidence must include packaging and product condition on arrival

Important:

  • If outer packaging shows no damage, internal damage claims may be disputed
  • All items are photographed and documented before dispatch for verification purposes
  • These records are used to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fair dispute resolution

Reprints or replacements will only be issued if:

  • A confirmed production error occurred, or
  • Courier liability is formally accepted by the courier provider

No refunds or reprints will be issued for:

  • Client mishandling
  • Post-delivery damage
  • Incorrect installation or misuse
  • Failure to inspect goods upon delivery

Failure to follow inspection procedures may limit or void claims.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All printing services are custom-produced and strictly non-refundable once:

  • Design has been approved, or
  • Production has commenced

This aligns with Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions regarding custom service delivery.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping is limited to South Africa.

International orders:

  • Are not standard
  • May be considered on request only
  • Will incur additional production, packaging, and courier costs
  • Are subject to separate approval by Bubble Bekkie Advertising

8. LIABILITY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Bubble Bekkie Advertising is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Loss or damage caused by third-party logistics providers
  • Customs delays (if applicable)
  • External system failures outside our control

All logistics providers operate independently under their own terms and policies.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Loadshedding or power failures
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier disruptions
  • Supplier shortages
  • Government restrictions
  • System outages

10. CONSISTENCY WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Shipping Policy must be read together with the Bubble Bekkie Advertising Terms & Conditions.
