1. General Returns and Refund Policy
At Bubble Bekkie Advertising, we deliver customised digital marketing, website, and graphic design services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the bespoke nature of our work:
No refunds will be issued after project commencement or service delivery, except in cases of contract breach or failure to deliver agreed services.
2. No Refunds on Digital Marketing, Website, and Graphic Design Services
Our digital marketing campaigns, SEO, website designs, and graphic design services require expert input and upfront investment:
All such services are non-refundable once started.
Clients are encouraged to communicate regularly during projects to ensure satisfaction.
3. Custom Printing Returns and Reprints
For custom printed products such as banners, signage, decals, and large-format prints:
Refunds are not provided once production starts.
Reprints will be issued only if print defects or courier damage occur, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Deliveries use The Courier Guy, with estimated transit times of 3–5 business days after production.
