Buyer Protection & Completion Guarantee

At Bubble Bekkie Advertising (PTY) Ltd, we prioritise security, reliability, and fairness for every client. Instead of refunds, our Buyer Protection & Completion Guarantee ensures that all projects are delivered as agreed. This protects both the client and our agency, creating clear accountability under South African law.

1. Buyer Protection

All payments are processed through secure gateways (PayFast or Yoco), with optional MobiCred financing available.

Clients receive written confirmation of services purchased, with clear timelines and deliverables outlined before work begins.

Payments are only accepted upfront, ensuring the project is locked in and scheduled.

2. Completion Guarantee

If Bubble Bekkie Advertising fails to deliver a service within the promised timeframe due to internal delays, we will complete the project at no extra cost until delivery is fulfilled.

Projects are guaranteed for completion within the defined service timelines (e.g. 7–10 business days for websites after full content submission, 21 business days for printing).

The guarantee does not cover delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, unpaid balances).

3. Social Media, Website, and Design Services

All services are customised and prepaid.

One round of revisions is included (unless otherwise stated in the package). Additional revisions may be billed.

Performance outcomes (likes, sales, SEO rankings) cannot be guaranteed, but completion of deliverables is.

4. Printing Protection

Printing is customised; therefore, refunds are not applicable once production begins.

Reprints are provided only if:

There is a confirmed print defect, or

Courier-related damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Minor colour or size variations are industry-accepted and not considered defects.

5. Cancellations

Written notice is required to cancel before work begins.

If work has already commenced, cancellation is possible but no refund will apply. Completion Guarantee remains in place.

6. Anti-Scam Clause

Work will only start once full payment or approved financing is confirmed.

Any attempt to secure services and later demand unjustified refunds will be treated as breach of contract and may result in legal action.

7. Updates to Buyer Protection Policy

Bubble Bekkie Advertising reserves the right to update this Buyer Protection & Completion Guarantee at any time.

Updates will be published with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of services confirms acceptance of updated terms.
