At Bubble Bekkie Advertising (PTY) Ltd, we provide custom printing services, including banners, signage, decals, and large-format prints. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle production, delivery, and tracking of your orders.
1. Production & Handling
Custom print orders are produced according to the approved design and specifications provided by the client.
Standard production timelines:
Design & Proofing: 3–5 business days
Production: 10 business days
Courier Delivery: 3–5 business days
Total expected turnaround: approximately 21 business days from final design approval.
Minor variations in colour, size, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are shipped via The Courier Guy, with tracking information provided once dispatched.
Clients must provide accurate delivery addresses; additional charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Courier delays beyond our control are not the responsibility of Bubble Bekkie Advertising.
3. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping costs are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.
Expedited or special delivery requests may incur additional charges.
4. Delivery Issues, Reprints & Fraud Prevention
Claims for damaged products or missing items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographic and/or video evidence of the packaging and product as received.
If the outer courier packaging shows no damage, claims of internal product damage may not be accepted.
Bubble Bekkie Advertising photographs and documents all orders prior to dispatch. These records are used to verify claims and prevent fraudulent refund or reprint requests.
Reprints or replacements will only be issued for:
Confirmed production errors, or
Courier-verified damage (where the courier acknowledges liability).
Self-inflicted or post-delivery damage by the client is not covered and will not qualify for a reprint or refund.
Clients are encouraged to inspect the parcel at delivery and note any visible damage on the courier documentation. Failure to do so may limit claims.
5. Order Tracking
Clients receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
Deliveries can be tracked directly via The Courier Guy website or app.
6. International Shipping
Currently, custom print deliveries are limited to South Africa.
International shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to extra production and courier fees.
