All materials you submit (text, logos, photos, brand assets) remain your property. Bubble Bekkie Advertising will never:
Claim ownership
Reuse, edit, or resell your content without consent
Share your content with third parties outside agreed purposes
All client materials are stored securely and used only for the purpose agreed in writing.
🛡️ Our Creative Work
Until full payment is received, all work created by Bubble Bekkie Advertising (websites, ads, social media content, text, SEO, etc.) remains our property.
Upon full payment, you receive usage rights only; ownership of working files or raw assets remains with us unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, on social media, or in case studies unless you opt out in writing.
🚫 Strictly Prohibited Use
Without written permission, the following is not allowed:
Sharing our social media content claiming it as your own
Republishing or rebranding our work under another business name
Claiming credit for designs, website layouts, copywriting, or marketing strategies
Reselling or editing our content for client use without a valid license or contract
⚠️ This includes freelancers, marketers, and virtual assistants who may attempt to post or use our work falsely implying authorship. Unauthorized use is copyright infringement, and we may pursue legal action under South African law.
💼 Third-Party Services & Payment Providers
To deliver our services effectively, we may rely on trusted third-party service providers. These third parties operate independently and have their own privacy, security, and data-handling policies.

Payment processors such as PayFast, Yoco, or EFT banking systems

Payments and Transactions:
All online payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
Bubble Bekkie Advertising does not store credit card or banking details.
Full responsibility for payment security lies with the payment provider.

💬 Consultations & Third-Party Questions
Free consultations are available to new clients only.
Existing clients requesting additional questions or services outside their package must pay a consultation fee of R750/hour, payable in advance.
We only answer to the account holder. Third parties may not request information or work on behalf of the client without written authorisation.

Bubble Bekkie Advertising may update this policy when needed. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
